Kent Chatfield talks to director Chris Everett (photo by Jesse Kale)
I’m excited to be Executive Producing this documentary. In this photo Kent Chatfield is holding an 1892 petition to “re-establish…the SUPREMACY of the WHITE RACE” in North Carolina. The CAPS are not mine.
You can take a look at a snapshot of the first six articles of the petition after the jump, and keep it locked here for more info. Director Chris Everett is doing an outstanding job with production and we will have some clips for you to see very soon!

Candice and I wrapped up our final conference call on Act III of $FREE.99. The bank robber has made his way cleanly out of the bank, but his ultimate getaway will be dependent on the above vehicle and some very other important details.
When Dodge released this Aspen in 1977 I bet they had no idea what was down the line! Stay tuned for an excited email once we finish the script and create a look book for the film on my site.

I just finished setting up the new edit system in our new headquarters. Software to be added throughout the week. And shooting a nice little ditty with Dylan Verrechia on the RED Epic this weekend. To be blunt…it’s on! Script convo with Candice in the AM to lock in Act III on $FREE.99 and then wrap up the last 10 scenes.
Exciting times…which you can stay tuned to on video via my new SocialCam profile. Let’s go!

@tariwariebi tweeted me a link to Viktor Hertz and I must say he does some nice work. My eyes and ears are peeled for poster designers for our next film, so holler at me if you know anything and be sure to check out what I mentioned earlier.
What you see here is an elegant redesign on Jim Jarmusch’s classic film “Coffee and Cigarettes”.
Peep the original poster after the jump.

“Brands We Love” are companies out there doing that which THEY love so well that Double7 just can’t help but love them in return. It’s also where we spotlight some of our current partners, as well as new folks we want to work with, because, well, we like working with the best!
There are 5 Boros here in NYC but for some reason the stepchild for creativity seems to be the Boogie Down. Well, allow me to direct your attention to SCENYC, an art, information, media and technology company that’s set up shop in the South, South Bronx!

Back in 2008 we were awarded the Creative Promise, Narrative Award at Tribeca Film Institute’s Tribeca All Access program for our heist script $FREE.99. Although an industry jury loved the project, we knew we could do better and over the last six months have done a page one re-write to make the film unique across the genre and as entertaining (and educational) as can be. I’ve seen way too many folks suffer from the “Sophomore Slump”, and for my narrative follow-up to Premium I intend to step up my game like Jordan in the 4th Quarter.
TO GET THIS PARTY STARTED, WE NEED YOUR HELP!

A little more than 2 days in to a 30 day campaign with a $100,000 goal and this music project is nearing $500,000! Kickstarter is redefining the relationship that artists can have with their fans and audiences. I’m working on an independent film project to harness this same power, with a ridiculous suite of rewards. Stay tuned. And see what everyone’s opening their wallets for below.
